Sauna + Sound: A Ritual Of Rest 90 minutes at Ditchling Wild Sauna A chance to step out of the day to day routine for a while and settle into something simpler, slower, more restorative. We are inviting you to create some space to soften, reset and reconnect.
This 90-minute multi sensory experience brings together the healing warmth of Sauna, the meditative sound frequencies of a Soundbath and some nourishing elements inspired by traditional Eastern European sauna rituals - warm leaf whisking, scented steam, salt body scrubs.
Short immersive sound experiences - using singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum and vocals - will be woven through the session. These will take place both inside - to enhance the warming effects of being in the sauna - and outside in nature - to cool, settle and recalibrate.
