Nestled beneath Ditchling Beacon in the heart of the South Downs National Park, Ditchling Wild Sauna was created to offer a simple opportunity to slow down and experience traditional wood fired sauna in a unique setting

Surrounded by rolling hills, huge skies and uninterrupted views, our wood-fired sauna is a place to step away from the demands of everyday life. Our Summer evening sessions offer stunning light and sunsets, both of which can be enjoyed from the sauna itself or bathing in the cold plunge. Our Winter sessions offer dramatic weather rolling across the Downs.

​Our sauna sessions combine traditional wood-fired heat with cold plunges, outdoor relaxation areas and complimentary herbal tea. Guests are invited to move between heat and cold at their own pace, taking time to relax, unwind and enjoy the unique setting beneath one of Sussex's most iconic landmarks.
