Samhain Sound Ritual in Nature

​We welcome in the softness and otherworldliness of this season, a gentle connection using the frequencies of breath, attention, movement, healing sound, stillness, rest.

What to expect:

- Cacao and Fire Meditation - we start by the fire to soften the heart, slow the mind - to honour the elements, the ancestors and those who have passed.

- Therapeutic Yoga - gentle somatic and yoga inspired movement for nervous system connection and safety in our bodies.

- Multi instrument Soundbath in the Yurt - Time to drop in, let go, journey into deeper awareness alongside an immersive soundscape with singing bowls, gongs, percussion, drum and vocals.

- Rest, tea and gentle company by the firepit - stay a while warm by the fire whilst the dusk falls at this  magical time of year.
