About The Event
In honour of World Menopause Day we introduce our first Hot Mess Sauna for Women experiencing Peri Menopause and Menopause. First and Foremost, Sauna can help with symptoms of menopause but we invite you to bring your rage, sadness, joy. Everything is welcome. Take 2 hours just for you in our nature based setting.
